Let me start by saying that within 7 years of programming experience, one thing that I hate is having to rewrite some code that I have written previously, and can't remember where I left it.

The PhpToolCase library, started from what appeared to be a set of functions lying around, and every time we had to go and look for them through tons of old code. I guess the need to unite all these functions appeared to be quite usefull. And so began the natural process of making a set of functions that then became a set of classes, which takes us to the "ToolCase" as we call it today.

I have been sharing these tools with other programmers, and used them as the base structure for a wide variety of projects. All methods that the library uses, come from a long history of coding, and became stable trough the years.

Fell free to wonder around and try the tools, and let me know what you think by sending an email.
